What operating system is supported by IVIO® USB modem?
In general, the USB modem IVIO® has supported Windows operating system XP/2000/Vista/Win7. But there are some products that do not support one rather than the operating system. What is the minimum computer specifications required to use a USB modem IVIO®?
PCMCIA/USB1.1 slot, Memory: 64MB, Disk Space: 50MB. In addition, higher computer specifications will maximize performance of IVIO® USB modem device.

Why modem could not used for Internet, voice and SMS despite the installation of applications and modem drivers are correct?
Make sure the card R-UIM CDMA / GSM SIM are installed on a USB modem IVIO® and is active as well as your pre-paid or post-paid credit balance enough to use the internet. Why there is no sound when making / receiving calls?

How to install a modem?
First, insert the card R-UIM CDMA / GSM SIM you to the USB modem. Read carefully user manual product of your modem. For products that have not been Plug & Play modem, you have to install drivers and applications on the CD contained in your modem product purchase package. Then connect the modem to the PCMCIA / USB slot on your computer. For the modem device is Plug & Play, after inserting the card, just connect the modem directly into the PCMCIA / USB slot on your computer. The computer will detect and install drivers and applications automatically. After the driver and application has been installed, run your modem application and do the R-UIM CDMA / GSM SIM card registration and set the configuration of your Username, Password, Phone Number, according to your R-UIM card provider of CDMA / GSM SIM. Activate the connection and you can use your modem to surf the internet and anything else.

What if the modem is not detected by the computer?
Re-check if modem has been connected correctly on your computer. Disconnect and reconnect to the same USB slot or other slot. If the modem is still not detected, turn off and restart your computer with a modem installed. In some cases, other applications can cause computer can not detect your modem. How to upgrade a non-EVDO modem to EVDO?

What am i supposed to do if there is a warning "Data Card Not Inserted"?
